World Championship event win
Logistique have been commissioned by The FA to undertake the event management of the 2010 World Blind Championship.
The event, which will be staged at the Royal National College for the Blind in Hereford in August of next year will see the World's top ten blind teams compete to be crowned as World Champions.
The championship will act as a qualifier for the 2012 Paralympics in London, and Logistique have already started planning for both the event and for a comprehensive legacy programme.
Logistique's appointment follows on from their involvement in the 2003 European Blind Championship, 2004 Partially Sighted World Championship and 2008 Learning Disabilities European Championship.
Logistique Managing Director Jon Dutton said: "We are incredibly pleased to have once again been selected to event manage a major international disability event.
"The commitment that The FA has made to elite disability football is second to none throughout the world, and we are proud to be an integral part of the logistics, operational and football planning that will be required to stage a great event.
"Given the level of the athletes' impairments, the event will present us with our biggest ever challenge, but it is one that we are relishing."
