Yesterday's draw
Well, the draw has been made and the World Cup has truly come alive. All those dark hours of hard training now have a real purpose and we can actually see the challenge ahead. We have just under 4 months until the opening game against our old rivals Spain and the opportunity to do our stuff in front of a packed stadium in Hereford is just amazing. Having come up just short in France where we narrowly lost the final of the European Championships, the guys are ever more determined to go all the way in August. The key thing is to get out of the league stages unscathed and then we are in to knock out football which in front of a home crowd gives us every chance of progressing. The boys are committed to putting on a show but much more importantly, getting the job done. This starts on saturday 17 April with a home friendly against Germany. This will be our first taster of the Hereford crowd and a fabulous opportunity to bring our sport to life. We look forward to seeing you all there.
